Why this directory exists
Washer and dryer rental is mostly done by small, independently owned businesses. They deliver, install and repair the machines themselves, and most of them are hard to find online, because the first page of a search is usually rent to own chains and stores. This site lists the independent operators by the ZIP codes they actually serve, so a renter reaches the one who covers their address.
How it works if you are renting
- Enter your ZIP code and you see the operator who covers it, with their price and their terms.
- You can reserve a delivery day online. Nothing is charged today, and you pay the operator directly.
- Your request goes to one operator. We do not sell it to several companies.
How this site makes money
Renters never pay us anything, and operators are listed for free.
- Operators in our leads program pay $45 when they schedule a delivery with a renter we sent them, and nothing for a request that does not book. The full terms are in the operator agreement.
- Some operators also pay us monthly to build and run their own website.
One thing you should know
I own Carolina Laundry Rentals, which is listed here for Raleigh and the Triangle. It is listed on the same terms as every other operator and gets no special placement.
How we keep listings honest
- Facts on an operator's page come from their own website or listing. If we do not know something, we leave it out instead of guessing.
- Renters rate their operator after delivery. Once an operator has three ratings, we publish all of them, including the low ones.
- Operators can update their own listing, and a person reads every change before it reaches the page.
