It is the example because it is the one whose every field we can show you without asking anyone else for permission, not because it ranks above anybody. Every panel on this page is pulled live from its real entry, so this is genuinely what is on the site.

Your name and your logo
This card is what someone sees the second their ZIP matches you. It is the only thing standing between a search and a phone call.
Send a logo and it runs across the top of the card. Without one we set your name in the display face, which still looks deliberate, but a logo is the difference between a business and an entry in a list.

One honest sentence about the business
We use it as the opening line of your page and in the description Google shows in search results. Write it the way you would answer a neighbour who asked what you do.
The ones that work name something specific. This one says repairs are included and that you can rent a single unit. Those are the two things renters ask about most, answered before they had to ask.

Who owns it, and where you are based
Someone choosing an independent over a national chain is choosing a person. This line is where they find one.
It does quiet work in local search too. A real owner and a real base city are signals a bare directory entry cannot fake.
A phone number, a website, or both
This is the part that turns a page view into money. Without it your listing can describe you perfectly and still send nobody anywhere.
Inquiries from your profile go to you and only you. We do not resell them, we do not take a cut, and we do not hand them to your competitors. That is section 2 of the operator agreement, in writing.

What you charge
Your card reads “Sets from $70 a month” only because you told us what a set costs. Leave pricing blank and your card carries no number, and renters scroll past it to one that does.
We quote the cheapest full set, never the cheapest single unit, so the number on your card is always one you can actually honour.
- Delivery and installation is a one-time $50 on the first month, not a recurring charge.
- Card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Cash App and Venmo have none.
Fees, deposits and the fine print
Nearly everyone arriving here has been burned by a rent to own store, so they are reading for the catch. Naming your fees up front is not a weakness. It is what stops them leaving to go check.
- Month to month. Stop renting and they collect the set.
- Repairs and service calls are covered while you rent.
- Referral credit: $5 off each month for both households while both are renting.
Your terms, and what is included
This is where you beat the national chains, and it is the section most operators undersell. Repairs included, free pickup at the end, a referral credit, which brands you stock. Every line is a reason to call you instead of them.
